Nero can do this process easily as it would first make an image of the source disk and then would ask you to insert the blank disk and would then burn the image on the blank DVD.

Nero can also make run in simulation mode which will just create an image and you can first test the image and modify your project before finally burning it to a DVD. Nero also allows you to multi session disks which allow you to add the files later in the DVD.
